To improve, create an effect that matches the design you already have and place it in front of the shoulder. I see you have that effect in the BG at overlay/transparent/dodge/etc. and it really isn't helping the shoulder be appealing with the rest of the siggie.

Text is a no-go aka change the font pl0x.

White BG smudge design has bad positioning which fucks with the flow. The flow should start at his chest and move outwards. The left side follows that rule but the right starts at the eyes. Its a perspective issue.

And you are getting better, however V2 is butt-uglie ;^; there is not contrat between focal, FG, or BG. *cries*
